Some of you know that I’ve started a little confectionary business that specialises in special diets, but also caters to those with regular diets who just like extra care & quality ingredients in their treats. I’ll be posting more about CatTs TreaTs in future, but in the meantime I thought I’d answer a question that I keep hearing from those who know about my new business.
Q: So do you still cook dinner after spending the day in the kitchen?
A: YES! The dinners arent always complicated though.
Above is a snap shot of our light Sunday supper in progress. Steak strips (seasoned with himalayan salt, black pepper & dried cellery) & carrot chips grilled on a skiller with melted butter & coconut oil (1/2 & 1/2), served with a freshly made garlic & mushroom cream sauce (thickened with oats). A great way to end a weekend of over eating. Everyone loved it, even the hubby & kids.
